RETURN POLICY

Customers who wish to return an item must contact our Patient Services Department at (916) 844-7800 to request a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) in order to receive a refund. Items returned without an associated RA Number will not be refunded. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Please note that any product that has been opened cannot be returned.

Impakt Medical will accept returns on merchandise sold that has manufacturing defects.

If the product you purchased has defective materials or workmanship please contact us immediately for resolution and to obtain an RA Number. Once Impakt Medical has received and inspected the product you will receive a replacement product or refund.

**Customers are responsible for return shipping costs** unless the item was shipped to the customer due to an error by Impakt Medical or in the event the item was defective.
